I built this climbing for our loft apartment.

These 6 plywood panels (3/4"x42"x84" each) were direct printed with UV ink on a flatbed Oce printer. The holes were routed, 6" apart, on our Zund CNC machine. T-Nuts were pounded in the back of each hole whick allowed us the ability to quickly swap the holds to any position. By mounting 2"x4" studs between the sheetrock and the plywood panels hanging the panels was easy and there was enough room behind the panels so the hold-bolts could stick out the back.
